Configure your 4G MiFi camera's APN settings for different network providers
When Do You Need APN Settings?
Occasionally SIM cards on certain networks are not automatically recognised by our cameras. To resolve this, you may need to manually update the camera's APN details so the camera can recognise the SIM card.
This guide is specifically for MiFi hotspot devices that require manual APN configuration.
Step 1: Access Camera Router Settings
Follow these steps to log into your camera's router settings
Position Yourself
Stand next to your camera when it is plugged into power with your mobile phone to hand.
Find WiFi Network
Use your mobile phone to search for available WiFi networks in your phone settings.
Connect to MiFi
Connect to the WiFi network called MiFi using password 1234567890.
Stay Connected
It's normal for this to say "connected without internet". Please stay connected and continue.
Open Browser
Open a web browser and enter 192.168.100.1 into the address bar.
Enter Password
Enter the password admin to log into the router.
Step 2: Configure APN Settings
Once logged into your router, follow these steps

Select Manual and then Add New, then fill out your APN details from the list below for your required network. Once filled in, make sure to press Apply!
