Locked out your camera and need to reset your password?
Reset Instructions from App
The camera may need a reset in which case follow the instructions below.
1. Please stand under the camera and log in to your phone settings.
2. Then WiFi Networks and you will be looking for MIFI*** and the password will be 1234567890
3. Then log in to your CamHipro App and tap on settings cog.
4. Scroll down to `Default Settings` and select `Reset Camera`
5. This should then set your password to `admin` and you will the be given the option to change to a 8+ digit password.
Pushing the camera through a factory reset does reset the camera password to 'admin' and so when logging back onto the camera you may receive a wrong password error. The camera login details will now be as follows:
Username: admin
Password: admin
Once these have been entered, the app will ask you to update the password to something more secure.
Reset Instructions Manually on Camera
The camera may need a reset in which case follow the instructions below.
There are 4 cables coming out the back of the camera and one has a small black button on the end of it. Possibly give the reset button a spray with WD40 before you start Hold this button down for ~30 seconds and this will force the camera through a factory reset. The black button may be concealed by a black plastic cap on the end of one the leads, and so please pop this cap off to access the button.

Password: admin
Once these have been entered, the app will ask you to update the password to something more secure.
If You have a WIFI Camera please follow these instructions
Resetting the WiFi Camera will reset the password and also disconnect the camera from your home WiFi network and so the setup steps below are required to reconnect it to your home WiFi. After resetting the camera (holding down the small black button for ~30 seconds), stand next to the camera and use the following steps:
1. Use your mobile to search for available WiFi networks
2. Connect to network IPCAM**** with password 01234567
3. Once connected, open the CamHipro app
4. Check your camera is now online (password will be reset to admin)
5. Tap the settings cog on your camera and proceed to wireless settings
6. Select to get the wireless network around the device and select your home WiFi
7. Enter your home WiFi password and tap Apply
This should be your WiFi camera reconnected to your home WiFi.
