WiFi Settings
Have a Wi-Fi camera and need to change to a different network?
To update the WiFi settings on your camera, navigate to the camera’s settings page.
Please note: If this is your first time setting up the device, you may need to connect to the camera’s local network for it to come online.
In the settings, you’ll see a Wireless Setting option here, tap on this to enter the WiFi settings.
In the WiFi settings you will see what WiFi the camera is currently connected to (if applicable) as well as a button to search for networks around the device.
When adding the camera to a WiFi network, tap the ‘Get the wireless network around the device’ button, after a few seconds it should bring up a list of the nearby WiFi signals.
Tap on the desired network in the list and proceed to enter the WiFi password into the box. Hitting apply will reboot the device while the camera attempts to connect to the WiFi. If the password is correct and connection is successful, the camera should come online after a few seconds.
If the device does not come back online, start again and double check the password entered is correct for the network chosen.
