Change Password

To update your password you will first need to know what the old password is, if you do not, please go to the Forgotten Password section here: Open the password reset guide

To change your password simply navigate to the settings menu for your camera, you should see a section called ‘Change Password’ like this.

Upon clicking on this, you should be taken to a screen that looks like the image below, simply fill in your old password and the new password in the relevant boxes and hit Apply.

Please note: The password will need to be 8 or more characters long with at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter and one number or special character.

After hitting apply, the camera will do a quick reboot and come back online with the new password set.
